Is Night Chronicle free?

Yes. Starting sessions, inviting your crew, the live narrator, snapshots, group chat, and a recap with a share card for every night are all free. Optional Quest Tokens unlock extras like the AI narrator, extra narrator personalities, and the premium Chronicle of the Night.

Does Night Chronicle track my blood-alcohol level?

No. Night Chronicle never measures or estimates blood-alcohol content, sobriety, or any health metric. Every vibe meter is fictional and for entertainment only. Never use Night Chronicle to decide whether you're okay to drive.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to your Profile screen, and choose Delete account. If you can't access the app, email support@samtech.solutions and we'll process the request for you.

What gets deleted or anonymized: your account and profile (name, email, avatar) are removed, and your photos ("snapshots") and chat messages are permanently deleted. The rest of what you logged — your sessions, the activity you logged in them (moments, drinks including water), and reactions — stays as part of other people's night history but is irreversibly anonymized, so it no longer shows your name or identifies you. Deletion is permanent and takes effect right away — we don't keep a restorable copy of your account.

What we keep: only what we're required to retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons — for example, a minimal record of a purchase. Content you added to other people's sessions is anonymized rather than shown under your name. For full details, see the retention section of our Privacy Policy.

How do I export my data?

Open the app, go to your Profile screen, and choose Export my data to get a copy of your account and session data. If you need help, email support@samtech.solutions.

I bought Quest Tokens but they didn't appear.

Purchases can take a moment to sync. Reopen the app and check your balance. If they still don't show, email us with your device type and the approximate time of purchase and we'll sort it out. Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google.

How do I turn off notifications?

Manage push notifications in your device's system settings for Night Chronicle.

Reporting & safety

Night Chronicle has built-in tools to keep sessions fun and safe:

• Report a photo or a user from inside the app. Reported photos can be automatically hidden, and we review reports.
• Block a user to hide their photos and commentary from you.
• Session hosts can remove content and end sessions.

If something needs urgent attention, email support@samtech.solutions. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact your local emergency services.

Look after each other

Night Chronicle is for entertainment. Look after yourself and your crew, hydrate, know your limits, and never drink and drive. Water is always a good move.
